Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
I understand that life is sometimes life- plans change, unexpected things happen, and sometimes a session simply needs to be moved. At the same time, when you book a session with me, that time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and mine, the following cancellation policy is in place.
Cancellations
More than 48 hours before your session
You can cancel your appointment free of charge and receive a full refund of any session fee already paid.
Between 48 and 24 hours before your session
A 10% cancellation fee applies. If you have already paid for your session, 90% of the session fee will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before your session
A 20% cancellation fee applies. If you have already paid for your session, 80% of the session fee will be refunded.
No-show without notice
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me beforehand, the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
Sometimes cancelling isn't necessary — we may simply be able to find another time.
I am happy to consider rescheduling your session, depending on the circumstances and my availability. If something has happened and you cannot make your appointment, please reach out to me as soon as possible and we'll take it from there.
I always aim to approach genuine unexpected situations with understanding and common sense.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may, however, be treated as a cancellation and the relevant cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds After a Session
Once a session has taken place, no refunds are offered.
Tarot and intuitive readings, Theta Healing, coaching, meditation, energy work and other Guided by Luna services involve the provision of my professional time, preparation, attention and expertise.
The value of a session is not dependent on receiving a particular answer, prediction, outcome or result. By booking a session, you are purchasing the session itself and the time and service provided, rather than a guaranteed outcome.
For this reason, once the agreed service has been delivered, the session fee is non-refundable.
If I Need to Cancel
Very occasionally, I may need to cancel or reschedule a session myself due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside my control.
If this happens, you will be offered the choice of:

rescheduling your session at no additional cost; or

receiving a full refund for any session that has not yet taken place.
Questions or Changes
Communication is always welcome. If something unexpected happens, please don't simply disappear- reach out. Wherever possible, I would much rather find a solution together.
