A fully personalized session, tailored 100% to you, where I combine coaching with spirituality, intuition, bodywork, and energy work. During the session, you may: ✨ release blocks and limiting beliefs, ✨ heal relationships and learn to set healthy boundaries, ✨ reconnect with your inner child and cultivate self-acceptance, ✨ understand your attachment style and love language to create deeper relationships. This is a safe space where you can discover your true needs, regain self-confidence, and experience inner harmony. 📌 Duration: 60 minutes 📌 Format: Online / In-person 📌 For whom: Clients who want to live in alignment with themselves – with lightness and courage.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy When you book a session with Guided by Luna, that time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change, but to respect both your time and mine, the following policy applies. Bookings A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation and, where required, payment has been made. Statutory Cancellation Rights If you book online, by phone or another distance method, you may have a 14-day statutory cancellation right under Irish consumer law. If you request a session to take place within that 14-day period, you may be asked to expressly request early performance and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided, your statutory right to cancel that service ends. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. Standard Cancellation Policy Where statutory cancellation rights do not apply or have ended: More than 48 hours before: no cancellation fee; any payment made will be refunded. 48–24 hours before: 10% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before: 20% cancellation fee. No-show without notice: full session fee is payable and no refund will normally be issued. Rescheduling If something unexpected happens, please contact me as soon as possible. I am happy to consider moving your session depending on the circumstances and my availability. We will take it from there. Repeated last-minute changes may be treated as cancellations. Refunds After a Session Once a session has been fully provided, no refund is offered simply because you changed your mind, did not like the information discussed, or did not receive the outcome you hoped for. You are purchasing my time and the service provided, not a guaranteed prediction, result or transformation. This does not affect your statutory rights if a service is not provided as agreed. Late Arrival If you are late, your session may still need to finish at the original end time. Significant lateness without contact may be treated as a no-show. If I Cancel If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund for any service not provided. Privacy Your booking information is processed in line with GDPR and the Guided by Luna Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is separate from booking consent.
